Anger is a normal emotion which has allowed humans to evolve and adapt, in itself anger is not a bad emotion it is only when it is out of control that it becomes a problem.

Anger is usually as a result of something happening in the immediate environment of the individual and is often 'piggy backed' onto something else such as when you may feel threatened, difficult or challenging relationships, financial issues, learned behaviour, special needs and disabilities or drug and alcohol misuse.

Anger Management is a specialist form of counselling that is focused on helping people deal with issues linked to anger such as self-harm or substance misuse.

Anger Management can help you look at your anger with fresh eyes - and help you to think more clearly. Using tried and tested techniques we will help you to learn how to relax, manage your anger and understand the mind body connection to reduce the physical symptoms you may be experiencing.
